Job Title: Digital Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing digital solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

  • You will work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Your responsibilities will include conducting usability testing and customer research to inform design decisions.
  • You will also collaborate with service teams and vendors to develop user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  2. Design digital solutions that meet customer needs and improve overall experience.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that designs align with business goals.
  4. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform design decisions.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
  • Strong understanding of customer-facing platforms, CRMs, and omni-channel systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
  • Familiarity with voice of the customer systems, telephony, and workforce tools.
