Senior Digital Producer Role

This senior digital producer position involves leading the delivery of high-quality, user-focused digital experiences.

You will be working across complex environments to produce digital solutions that are technically sound, strategically aligned, and customer-centric.

  • This role requires strong collaboration with clients and partners to clarify strategic requirements.
  • The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects on Sitecore, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Key responsibilities include managing and producing digital solutions, managing sprints, QA, approvals, and go-live.
  • The Senior Digital Producer will work closely with UX, design, and content teams to shape experiences that are intuitive, effective, and aligned to brand strategy.
About This Opportunity

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience delivering projects in Sitecore CMS, with strong knowledge of content structures, governance, and workflows.
  • Strong background in content strategy or content design, with the ability to shape scalable, on-brand content.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and foster trust in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines calmly and effectively.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Digital Producer or Senior Producer, with hands-on delivery using Sitecore CMS.
  • Strong working knowledge of content management, page templates, component structures, and governance in Sitecore or other enterprise-level CMS.
  • Background or understanding in content strategy or content design, with ability to shape and support scalable, on-brand digital content.
