We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a Financial Restructuring Analyst role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our global financial advisory and investment banking practice, providing expert services to clients across various industries.

As a Financial Restructuring Analyst, you will play a key role in assisting deal teams with restructuring transactions, distressed mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity raising in complex situations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advising companies and stakeholders on restructuring strategies and negotiations
  • Providing expertise in distressed M&A transactions and debt restructuring
  • Assisting in the development of comprehensive restructuring plans and solutions
