Turnaround and Restructuring Professional

We are seeking an experienced Turnaround and Restructuring Professional to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in the delivery of client engagements, working alongside experienced practitioners to design and implement financial and operational restructuring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed financial and operational analysis to assess business viability, liquidity, and restructuring options
  • Support the development of turnaround strategies, cash flow forecasting, and implementation plans
  • Build and review financial models and prepare client-ready reports and presentations
  • Assist with accelerated M&A processes, contingency planning, stakeholder negotiations, and trade-on strategies
  • Prepare detailed reports for various stakeholders including lenders, boards, and regulators
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • CA or CPA qualification (or progress toward completion)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience (for Associate role) or 3 years' experience (for Senior Associate role) in restructuring, insolvency, transaction services, corporate finance, audit, business services, or a similar field
  • Strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including preparation of 3-statement and liquidity models
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization software (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is highly regarded
