Senior Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Canberra team.
- Support the vision and focus of the leadership team, ensuring consistent sales performance
- Assist in motivating and maintaining a positive team environment
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Implementing and adhering to systems for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
- Achieving financial results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Facilitating ongoing training for all team members
- Nurturing team member development
- Managing communication between team members and maintaining a positive office environment
Requirements:
- Leads by example, motivating others with a strong work ethic
- Attentive to staff and client needs
- Embracing company values and change
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage change and deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive, determination, and focus to co-lead a successful business
- Minimum 2 years proven sales ability with consistent figures in a travel manager or consultant role
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), with Sabre highly regarded
