The Role:

Leading a small team, you'll supervise and coach members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You'll work a rotating roster, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Ongoing training will be provided to support your growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop the skills of your team members

- Collaborate in store operations and deliver customer satisfaction

- Maintain high standards of customer service and leadership

- Utilize computer skills and coaching abilities to inspire your team

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience, preferably in retail or sales

- Team management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Avoidance of physical strain is ensured through consideration of employee needs.
