Job Title: Electronic Monitoring Surveillance Unit Supervisor

Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage the Electronic Monitoring Surveillance Unit team to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including other government agencies and community groups, to achieve unit objectives and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a similar field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, stakeholders, and the community.
  • Dynamic Environment: Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
