Key Responsibilities

  • Increase awareness of the brand and grow sales.
  • Support and work closely with our Production Coordinator to enhance the client experience from enquiry through to invoice.
  • Schedule and coordinate studio visits for prospective clients.
  • Attend relevant industry events to strengthen and grow a networking circle.
  • Develop content for local marketing, social and general prospecting activities in line with brand guidelines and in conjunction with our Content Creator.
  • Provide on-site customer training and shoot assistance when required.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a high service level sales environment.
  • Experience in ecommerce or photography.
  • Experience in retail, particularly fashion and apparel.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, detail oriented and the ability to multitask.
  • Professional, friendly.
  • Fast learner, self-motivated, able to learn new systems and absorb information quickly and accurately.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Extremely organised with excellent time management.
