The Senior Content Coordinator position is a key editorial-focused role within the Content Team that serves as the primary point of contact for editorial and academic-related content requests.
Main Responsibilities:- Craft high-quality written materials by applying advanced knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Develop professional writing and content creation skills that draw from best-practice copywriting and professional writing principles, with a focus on improving content and user experience across publications and digital channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including academics, communications, course management, market analytics, and student recruitment teams, to ensure accurate and up-to-date management of course marketing and university project content.
- Demonstrated expertise in copyediting and proofreading, with a strong understanding of style guides and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in small teams and lead by influence.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence in providing advice on editorial policies and procedures.
