About Digital Coordinator Role

Piccolina is seeking an experienced and hands-on digital coordinator to take ownership of our digital channels, content creation, and influencer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a scroll-stopping content calendar across social media platforms.
  • Lead the creation of engaging short-form video content that reflects our brand personality and voice.
  • Manage social media tools, schedule content, and maintain platform bios, links, and highlights.
  • Post daily stories and build an engaged online community – from responding to comments, answering customer questions on social media to Google reviews.
  • Collaborate with aligned creators and influencers to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Create and align content with campaigns across all touchpoints including newsletter, social media, and website.
  • Report monthly on content performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to continuously evolve the social media approach.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience managing social and digital channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • An eye for detail and a flair for creating inspiring digital content.
  • A passion for social media, as a consumer and creator, and an ability to utilise social media to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to lead content creation across video, photography, and written formats.
  • High energy, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver end-to-end content creation.
  • A love of retail brands and being in and amongst the action.
  • A passion for working face-to-face within a dynamic and fun team with direct access to our bustling production kitchen for the ultimate content creation and daily dose of inspiration.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Klaviyo, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A plus if you have experience in hospitality, graphic design, eComm, and website management.
