Event Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Event Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale event.

  • Manage all aspects of event delivery, including logistics, venues, exhibitors, theming, merchandise, and on-the-ground execution.
  • Work closely with external suppliers to ensure world-class delivery.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a Startup Program.
  • Foster relationships across startup, scaleup, investor, corporate, government, and international networks.
  • SUPervise and mentor team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience delivering complex events in the innovation, agriculture, or tech sector.
  • Qualifications in event management, project management, communications, business, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership capability with experience managing and developing team members.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Negotiation skills with confidence and clarity.
