HiTech Group is seeking a skilled Business Transformation Manager to collaborate with a diverse team within a prominent Federal Government department. The ideal candidate will work in tandem with program delivery teams and business stakeholders to identify and prepare affected business areas for procedural changes.

The Business Transformation Manager will be tasked with:

  • Creating and overseeing a detailed activity schedule that outlines the necessary tasks for effective business implementation.
  • Facilitating stakeholder identification and engagement impacted by the transition towards enhanced technical capabilities.
  • Coordinating progress reports on activities, ensuring that all affected business sectors are ready for the required changes associated with the technical updates.

Qualified candidates for the Business Transformation Manager role will possess:

  • Proven experience in managing project schedules to identify and mitigate dependencies with other delivery teams, ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Hands-on data analysis capabilities utilizing modern analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging with Data and Analytics sectors as a senior Business Transformation or Change Manager.
  • Familiarity with contemporary project documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) is beneficial.
