About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead our day-to-day stakeholder engagement, business transformation, and technical change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of opportunities, including the utilization of tools, data analysis, process analysis, and cost-benefit analysis to inform decision-making across the project lifecycle.
  • Provide a single point of contact and coordination for key clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
  • Develop detailed project plans in line with project management methodologies, tracking and reporting progress and risks to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
  • Develop Process Instruction Manuals and Detailed Instruction Manuals to support business operations.
  • Implement concise project reporting of decisions, risks, issues, status, and costs to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Implement change control processes to manage internal and external scope changes and impacts.
  • Support the go-live process for sites, ensuring effective post-go-live support.
  • Liaise with information services teams to ensure infrastructure platforms availability.
  • Report on project progress, including risks and issues/problems and solutions at regular intervals.

Requirements

  • Degree, Diploma, or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT or related field would be advantageous.
  • Formal project management certification highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience of successfully leading and delivering business change projects.
  • Demonstrable business partnering skills and ability to understand business requirements and communicate change effectively to non-technical users.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex contract negotiations to ensure favorable commercial and financial conditions.
