About the Role

An excellent opportunity has become available for motivated individuals to join our team as a Valuation Support Specialist based in Townsville QLD. The successful candidate will have completed a Bachelor Of Business (Property) or be 1.5 years into the course and looking to begin a career in the property valuation sector.

This role will assist qualified Valuers with a variety of tasks including in the field experience, assistance with quality valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

Job Description

We are seeking bright, motivated, and articulate candidates who are looking to establish a career with our business. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • At least 1.5 years into API accredited course or recently completed Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
  • Genuine interest in customer service and property valuations
  • Confident verbal and written communication and report writing skills
  • Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environments
  • Proficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems and learning new technology
  • A positive and professional manner
  • Current Driver's license
