About the Role

The Residential Valuation Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation reports in a timely manner from our Townsville QLD office. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients, while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.

This role will play a vital part in the further development of our Residential Valuation offering. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in property inspections, research, and preparation of property sales and data, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

About You

We are seeking driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills. You must have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:

  • A degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication
  • A team-first mentality
