As a Team Leader, Customer Support, you will lead the services provided to members ensuring their accounts are serviced within regulatory standards. You will support the continuous improvement of member services to deliver exceptional service experiences.
This team is responsible for delivering high-quality member services leading to quality member outcomes. You will ensure the quality of services is delivered and maintained, facilitating strong relationships with internal stakeholders, chosen member segments, vendors, regulators, and industry associations.
As the Team Leader, you will be accountable for team and individual staff performance, ensuring that through coaching, development, and continuous improvement, business goals are achieved. You will also manage high-level complaints and escalated customer inquiries as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications- RG146 compliant to give General Advice in Superannuation (as a minimum), or the ability to achieve compliance within 3 months.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management, and coaching experience.
- A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong relationship management skills, inclusive of an ability to influence and negotiate outcomes of a complex nature.
- A high degree of business acumen, with the ability to deliver within a changing environment and develop strategies.
