A day in this role may include:
- Encouraging and motivating clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance requirements; and
- Providing exceptional service to clients, employers and stakeholders throughout the process.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role;
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work towards KPIs and drive employment outcomes;
- An overall desire to make a positive impact on people's lives; and
- A current Driver's Licence.
