From initial consultations to job application and interview preparation, we empower individuals to take control of their future and feel ready for the workforce.

The Role

This role involves supporting people with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a career. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will guide individuals through the job-readiness process - helping them achieve their career goals.

  • Work with clients to plan their next career steps and find suitable job opportunities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR GOALS, STRENGTHS AND SUPPORT NEEDS.
  • Provide coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience and group-based activities.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meet performance benchmarks and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Champion inclusive practices and person-centred support.
About You

You bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience in employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful careers.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career. At the same time, you enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury or health conditions
  • Ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License
