Experience the thrill of orchestrating world-class conferences as a Sr Conference Planner. Drive the development, management, and execution of diverse conference elements, including agenda planning, capacity management, financial oversight, and staff coordination.
Responsibilities- Lead operational delivery of multiple concurrent in-person conferences, ensuring seamless execution of agenda elements, capacity management, financial management, and staff planning.
- Cultivate effective relationships with peers across regions, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices to elevate conference quality globally.
- Partner with program management to deliver client-focused agendas, developing and implementing new processes for session management and agenda guidelines.
- Develop and maintain client-facing websites and conference apps showcasing all session information, adhering to agenda go-live and session access deadlines.
- Analyze data to enhance attendee engagement and predict behavior, informing strategic decisions on conference elements.
- Create and manage conference master planners to ensure up-to-date session information and room allocation are accessible to stakeholders.
- Attend conferences as onsite leads, overseeing session execution, data collection, and liaising with agency partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with Content leadership teams on projects to scale the business and implement best practices in the APAC region.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant event experience
- Corporate environment experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Motivated team player with a desire to learn and grow
- Effective written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt, implement, and manage change while striving for continuous improvement
- Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in high-pressure situations
- Willingness to support onsite conferences approximately 20% of time
