Job Title: Conference Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Conference & Events Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the daily operation of the Banquet Operations department, ensuring seamless execution of events and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up events according to the Banquet Event Order.
  • Deliver catering services to meet the highest standards outlined on the Banquet Event Order.
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to ensure effective onboarding and training.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious attitude towards quality service delivery.
  • Dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Possession of at least 2 years of experience in managing conference operations in hotel or event venues.

Additional Requirements:

  • Holding a valid RSA competency card.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
