Job Title: Conference Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Conference & Events Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the daily operation of the Banquet Operations department, ensuring seamless execution of events and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up events according to the Banquet Event Order.
- Deliver catering services to meet the highest standards outlined on the Banquet Event Order.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to ensure effective onboarding and training.
Key Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ambitious attitude towards quality service delivery.
- Dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
- Possession of at least 2 years of experience in managing conference operations in hotel or event venues.
Additional Requirements:
- Holding a valid RSA competency card.
- Full working rights in Australia.
