Workers Compensation Risk Consultant

Support clients in exploring Australian workers compensation market arrangements for sound governance and ongoing due diligence.
Located in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, this role involves leading feasibility assessments, strategic planning, and advisory services for client workers compensation programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead feasibility assessments and strategic planning for client workers compensation programs
- Advise clients on eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements for large employer alternate workers compensation arrangements
- Enhance tailored roadmaps, including financial modeling, preparedness assessments, and application support
- Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations
- Provide ongoing advisory support for clients insured under large employer arrangements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated risk solutions
- Strong technical claims, premium, and self-insurance expertise across Australasian jurisdictions
- Experience working across different large employer premium arrangements
- Growth mindset with experience in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused solutions
- Exceptional client relationship skills
- Proven success in a fast-paced environment
- Tertiary education in Workers Compensation, Injury Management, or Work Health & Safety highly regarded
