Located in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, this role involves leading feasibility assessments, strategic planning, and advisory services for client workers compensation programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead feasibility assessments and strategic planning for client workers compensation programs
  • Advise clients on eligibility criteria and regulatory requirements for large employer alternate workers compensation arrangements
  • Enhance tailored roadmaps, including financial modeling, preparedness assessments, and application support
  • Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations
  • Provide ongoing advisory support for clients insured under large employer arrangements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated risk solutions
Requirements
  • Strong technical claims, premium, and self-insurance expertise across Australasian jurisdictions
  • Experience working across different large employer premium arrangements
  • Growth mindset with experience in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused solutions
  • Exceptional client relationship skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
  • Tertiary education in Workers Compensation, Injury Management, or Work Health & Safety highly regarded
