Key Responsibilities- Assess and adjudicate claims made by individuals under their policies
- Interact with customers, doctors, accountants, lawyers, and rehabilitation experts to gather information and make decisions
- Provide guidance and support to customers during the claims process
- Work collaboratively with the Claims team to ensure efficient and fair claims processing
