  • Medication Management: Ensuring proper administration and management of medications for residents, adhering to prescribed schedules and protocols.">
  • Familial Communication: Communicating effectively with residents' families or legal guardians, providing updates on their loved one's condition and involving them in care decisions when appropriate.">
  • Crisis Management: Handling emergency situations and critical incidents promptly and effectively.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current Registration as a Healthcare Professional.">
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.">
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.">
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with care planning and medication management.">
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Outstanding proficiency in goal setting and evaluation documentation.">
