Corporate Secretarial Role

An opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretarial Officer to join a well-established accounting and advisory firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and lodge ASIC forms and filings in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update company registers and records.
  • Draft and manage documentation such as resolutions, company minutes, and director changes.
  • Manage annual company statements, reminders, and deadlines.
  • Process company incorporations, share transfers, and deregistration's.
  • Liaise with clients regarding routine company secretarial queries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Corporations Act requirements.
  • Maintain CAS360 database and utilise it to manage workflows and reminders.
  • Assist in responding to internal and external audit/compliance queries.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a corporate secretarial, compliance, or similar administrative role within an accounting, legal or professional services environment.
  • Working knowledge of ASIC processes and corporate compliance requirements.
  • Experience using CAS360 (strongly preferred).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional presentation and a proactive mindset.
