Airside Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Airside Operations Specialist to join our team at Oceania Ground Force. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the frontline team ensuring the safety and efficiency of aircraft operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling critical tasks such as bagroom operations, loading and unloading, operating specialised equipment, and ensuring the precise receipting and dispatching of aircraft.

About You- You have high proficiency in spoken and written English.
- You hold a valid Driver's License (including Provisional License).
- You are able to pass Drug, Alcohol, and Audio tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- You can obtain an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months of employment).
- You are flexible to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
- You can undertake shifts between 4-10 hours per day.

- Competitive pay rate: $25.40 per hour exclusive of shift penalties and superannuation.
- 11.5% Superannuation contributions.
- Shift penalties for early morning, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Additional pay for weekend work (time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays).

- Comprehensive paid training and enrolment in a Cert III course.
