Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator - Infrastructure Officer 2 - Facilities Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team at ACT Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Facilities Operations Managers in planned and reactive maintenance activities across our portfolio, including receiving, reviewing, allocating, and managing work orders and reporting to the FM Director of Facilities Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance activities
  • Receive, review, allocate, and manage work orders
  • Report to the FM Director of Facilities Maintenance
  • Collaborate with Facilities Operations Managers to ensure smooth operations
  • Communicate professionally and work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy

Requirements:

  • Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening, and Vaccination policy
  • Ability to work collaboratively across a range of areas in CHS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, and diplomacy
