Housing and Shelter Team Leader - Our Mission
">We are looking for a dedicated individual to lead our housing and shelter team. As a Housing and Shelter Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to both staff and residents. You will model important work habits, set the tone for each shift, and advocate for residents.

">In this role, you will oversee the daily functioning of the shelter/housing site, maintaining safety for all residents and staff. You will also provide authentic and engaging leadership and support for the team and residents, delegate and oversee that daily tasks are completed, and report all maintenance needs and requests in a timely manner according to procedure.
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a diploma in a related human or social services field, a minimum of two years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. You will also need to have knowledge of current social issues related to homelessness, mental illness, and addiction, as well as training in or knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention techniques and harm reduction approach.
">We offer a competitive salary of $33.54 to $35.29 per hour, plus additional pay for working overnight, on Saturdays and Sundays, and during peak hours. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health and dental coverage, after completion of a probationary period.
