You are:

  • Genuinely obsessed with movement, training, wellness and helping people move and feel better.
  • Passionate about learning + growing. Maybe right now you are finding that the "grind" of racing through back-to-back physio sessions with no feedback or development is making you feel burnt out and questioning where you are going. You know you're capable of more and want to be somewhere that helps you get there.
  • Humble, open, caring and a team player.
  • Not afraid of feedback, and keen to become one of the best in the biz.

Specifics: You need at least one of the following:

  • Physiotherapy degree with at least 2 years experience in MSK
  • Clinical Pilates certification

What you'll get with us:

  • Monthly team PD led by a physio with 14 years experience & Unite Health educator (we're all about upskilling)
  • Opportunity to teach 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 Clinical Pilates and rehab sessions on the reformer, Cadillac, Pilates chair, arc and weights for some pretty ideal clients. Clients in Manly are fit, motivated and really fun to work with. Sessions are 55 mins.
  • An optional opportunity to coach different group fitness classes of up to 14 people (Strength, Pilates (including surf Pilates), Mobility.
  • Honest feedback, mentoring, and opportunities for growth.
  • Free access to classes, because your own training matters too
