About the RoleWe are seeking an Advanced Clinical Lead Perinatal Psychologist to join our dynamic and growing healthcare network. As a key member of our Perinatal and Infant Mental Health Service, you will play a crucial role in shaping the delivery of high-quality psychological services to women experiencing perinatal mental health challenges. Your expertise will be invaluable in providing clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of professionals
- Develop and implement innovative treatment programs for perinatal mental health challenges
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster an environment of continuous learning and growth
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to perinatal mental health
- Appropriate Degree (Master's Degree in Psychology) or equivalent qualification recognised by the PsyBA
- General registration with PsyBA and endorsement in an Area of Practice consistent with the requirements of the role
- Approved supervisor status with the PsyBA at all levels of supervision (primary and secondary)
- Education, training, and/or skills in perinatal and infant mental health are highly desirable
