We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Worker or Psychologist to join our dynamic team at Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) as a Clinical Lead for the Allied Health Intermediate Care Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate quality Allied Health Chronic Disease Intermediate Care Services for patients of NALHN.
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to less experienced staff, ensuring high-quality services and optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and reduce hospital admissions for clients with chronic conditions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with NALHN's strategic objectives.
- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification for Social Workers (full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers) or Psychologists (Masters in Clinical or Health Psychology, recognized by the PsyBA, and general registration with the PsyBA).
- Proven experience in clinical leadership, service development, and quality improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
