Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Sourcer, you will be responsible for partnering with recruiters, driving candidate pipelines, nurturing authentic relationships with candidates, and evolving volume hiring strategies.

  • Partner with recruiters while owning and driving candidate pipelines
  • Nurture authentic relationships with candidates
  • Evolving and lead volume hiring strategies

You will work closely with recruitment teams to identify and engage talent for both volume and under-represented groups (URGs). You will use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent, and work with data-driven approaches to inform and influence partners and candidate pipeline strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both volume and URGs
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to decide suitability for roles and track pipeline activity to share with internal customers
  • Identify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit immediate and wider teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and deep sourcing experience
  • Background in the software industry and functional understanding of the competitive landscape today
  • Experience crafting and implementing talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines
