Key Role Summary

Our company is seeking an accomplished Senior Talent Acquisitions Specialist to lead the expansion of our team in Sydney, Australia.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to various roles and departments.
  • Source and attract top talent using innovative methods, including professional networks, industry events, job boards, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates' qualifications and fit, and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to enhance and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing and interviewing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and hiring across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
