Job Overview

As a key representative of the financial center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and uncovering personal banking needs. Your primary objective is to build strong relationships with clients and offer tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to provide clients with a comprehensive range of consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Support clients in leveraging self-service technologies and ensure they have the necessary skills to conduct simple transactions independently.
  • Optimize the client experience by utilizing available resources, technologies, and processes to deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • A highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, always acting in the best interest of the client.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
