Job Description

This newly created position will lead key initiatives that strengthen the capability, inclusion and wellbeing of College members in their volunteer roles. The role will drive cultural and behavioural change by embedding principles of equity, diversity inclusion and professional accountability across College functions.

The position will grow capability, develop a Professional Accountability Framework, and delivery of education programs that promote respectful, civil, inclusive and safe environments for all members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the identification and facilitation of learning needs for the volunteer workforce.
  • Support identified committees to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • C coordinate the development of a Professional Accountability Framework.
  • Facilitate cross-College collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide project management, governance and reporting services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate with sound project management experience managing projects of similar scope, type and complexity. A proven track record in change management within an organisation is essential.

A strong background in organisational skills including the ability to deliver competing priorities on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of key stakeholders is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in the preparation of project proposals for senior internal and external stakeholders is necessary.
