Spa Manager Opportunity at Mindil Beach Casino Resort

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall growth and success of our Lagoon Day Spa.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of therapists and spa staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage spa operations, including budget planning, stock management, and team leadership
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met

Requirements

  • Proven experience in spa management, preferably in a 4/5-star hotel or resort
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
