We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Advisor. As a key member of the Executive Coordination and Governance Branch, you will provide strategic advice and support to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Committee Management: Manage day-to-day operations of one or more Strategic Committees, including agenda development and meeting minutes.
  • Secretariat Services: Provide secretariat services, attend meetings, and produce high-quality meeting minutes.
  • Governance Support: Coordinate governance matters, project work, and organisational support for committees and departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Organisational Skills: Effective management of workload, prioritisation of tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • IT Proficiency: Strong software knowledge and database management skills.
  • Communication: Clear presentation of complex information in plain English through reports and presentations.
  • Information Management: Sharing and exchanging information resources appropriately.
