The Future Students Project Officer plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in bringing national student recruitment initiatives to life through expert coordination and logistics.
This full-time, ongoing position offers the opportunity to be based from multiple locations and enjoy hybrid flexibility.
As part of the project team, you will support logistical operations and event service delivery for national student recruitment initiatives, including Open Days, Advisory Conferences, major external expos; reporting, and collateral development to support these activities.
You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integrated marketing activities and events.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics and events to support national student recruitment initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports and collateral to support these activities
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project coordination and event management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Total remuneration valued at $101,464 - $109,838 per annum
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible staff
- Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary payable, dependent on your commencement date
- Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid flexibility
