We are seeking an experienced Claims Executive to manage general insurance claims and provide high-quality technical advice and support to clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in handling claims, proven customer-facing skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage general insurance claims and negotiate settlements on behalf of the client.
- Provide expert guidance on policy coverage and interpretation, and advocate for the client in relation to insurer indemnity denials.
- Drive the settlement negotiation process and act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients.
- Manage external providers and interface with panel solicitors, loss adjusters, and investigators as required.
- Prepare routine claims reports and maintain fully documented system-based electronic files.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in handling claims.
- Proven customer-facing skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
