Job Title:

System Performance Lead

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of performance systems across various teams and regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, advanced knowledge of procurement processes and tools, and a background in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic transformation plans.
  • Train teams on methodologies, requirements, and tools related to APSYS program.
  • Support departmental APSYS deployments, facilitate improvement actions, and consolidate deployment status.
  • Contribute to site target definition, review task sequencing, reduce non-added value tasks, and develop methods for improvement.
  • Ensure action plan setup and follow-up, support 5S and visual management, and map local process flow charts.
  • Identify areas for improvement and assist quality teams in problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management with multiple sites or regions.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in procurement processes and tools.
  • Continuous improvement/Kaizen background highly desirable.
