Job Overview



We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Coach to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Technical Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering onboarding and case manager programs that drive exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and providing feedback to participants of the case manager training programs, participating in the recruitment process, developing and implementing review processes for continuous improvement, and collaborating with Allianz Australia's Learning and Development team.



About You


  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or equivalent is desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Personal Injury environment, particularly as it relates to claims management, and experience in claims management and technical knowledge in the Victorian scheme.
  • Ability to plan your own work activities and manage your time effectively across multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with business leaders and internal and external stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence.
