Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of complex CRM/ERP projects from initial planning through procurement, execution, monitoring, and successful close-out while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Efficient management of project resources by coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials to meet project milestones within budget and on schedule.
  • Fostering collaboration and maintaining high satisfaction levels among internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, clients, regulatory bodies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Effective relationship management with external vendors and contractors by overseeing performance against contractual obligations and ensuring timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
  • Meticulous tracking of project progress through maintenance of up-to-date plans, sprint boards, timelines, resource allocations, and system health metrics using tools such as ASANA and Microsoft Project.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience delivering large-scale technology transformations, particularly those involving CRM/ERP solutions like Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Proven ability to coordinate diverse teams, ensuring every stakeholder feels included throughout each stage of the project journey.
  • Sensitivity to risk landscapes, with careful planning and resource allocation to keep projects on track.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects involving CRM/ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central within large organisations.
