Coffee Shop Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the coffee industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Solid knowledge of fast-paced takeaway style food and drink, with a passion for coffee and customer service.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Professional, calm, and driven, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Proven experience of managing rosters, KPIs, and costs, with a strong focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Proven ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure, with a flexible approach to working hours and weekends.
