Coffee Shop Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure product quality and freshness, and maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Implement effective strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Coffee Knowledge: Hands-on experience and well-versed in the world of coffee - hot and cold.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Management Skills: Proven experience of managing rosters, KPIs, and costs.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
