Coffee Shop Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Motivate a Team: Lead a team of baristas to deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the coffee shop operation, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Coffee Knowledge: Solid knowledge of fast-paced takeaway style food and drink.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Management Skills: Proven experience of managing rosters, KPIs, and costs.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
