Key Role in Organisational Development

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a pivotal role in delivering positive business outcomes by providing expert advice and people solutions.

This is a permanent, full-time position with flexible location options for the right candidate. As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver workforce solutions across organisational design, change, and employee relations.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leaders, helping them manage and develop their people, lead through change, and create a high-performing culture.
  • Contribute to the consistent implementation of national strategies and build capability across both leaders and the HR team.
Main Responsibilities
  • Business Partnerships: Partner with senior leaders and managers to develop and deliver integrated workforce solutions.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage sensitive employee relations issues, including misconduct, grievances, and performance, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Develop Leadership Capability: Coach and mentor leaders and team members to build strong people management skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Data-Driven Workforce Planning: Use workforce data and trends to guide decision-making and support evidence-based planning.
  • Support Projects and Change: Contribute to the implementation of national HR initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery across the organisation.
Requirements
  • A degree qualification in HR or a related field.
  • A sound understanding of employee relations and experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.

Our ideal candidate will have generalist experience, be confident advising senior leaders, skilled in navigating complex employee matters, and committed to building leadership capability.
