Opportunities & Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth and high performance. You will lead the design and delivery of employee development initiatives, talent management programs, industrial relations, and employment strategies across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead employee engagement and HR initiatives aligned with strategic goals
  • Build structured coaching programs for employee development and growth
  • Drive employee relations, talent management, recognition, and safety strategies
  • Oversee training and development programs
  • Use data to inform decision-making around change management and continuous improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver excellence in people management
  • Drive regular audits and action planning for continuous improvement

About You

We're seeking a leader with experience in human resources, employee engagement, or talent management. You should have a proven track record in managing programs at scale, a strong background in HR frameworks, industrial/employee relations, and organisational development initiatives. Experience with digital platforms and data-driven evaluation is essential.
