Job Title:

A strategic Human Resource Manager is required to lead and manage the human capital agenda in a fast-paced business environment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business leaders to drive performance improvement, growth, and employee engagement.
  • Guide and support leaders in managing employee issues, investigations, and case management aligned with company values and policies.
  • Develop and maintain effective industrial relations, supporting leaders in negotiations that align with the company's overall strategy.
  • Lead the rollout of People & Culture initiatives and facilitate organisational change.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, with significant experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, organisational change, and HR planning.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource management practices, including experience with collective bargaining and exposure to acquisitions and integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex workplace issues.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver HR-related projects and initiatives, including managing significant business change.
