Food and Beverage Supervisor Role

We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our team. If you have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to coordinate and manage F&B operations, and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with guests, we want to hear from you.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example and developing a high-performing team. They will also coordinate and manage day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. A calming influence in a fast-paced environment and drive positive morale is essential.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisor experience
  • RSA Certificate
  • Local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
  • Flexibility to work various rostered shifts
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
