Business Excellence Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Excellence Coordinator to join our team and drive high-impact support across customer surveys, document management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sessions, manage data in the CRM, distribute survey materials, and track feedback and improvement records for customer surveys.
  • Provide general support to the team to ensure seamless daily operations, including meeting coordination, report compilation, and maintenance of the quality management system hub.
  • Monitor review cycles, upload documents, manage metadata and version controls, track record retention periods, and maintain registers for document and record control processes.
  • Assign improvement requests, track records and improvements, and assure compliance to service levels for continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:

  • Coordination or administration support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Skilled in coordinating, scheduling, formatting, and being detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of document/record management and survey tools.
  • Excellent communication and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Skilled in collaborating across teams while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
