Quality Assurance Specialist

The Role: This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Quality Team and contribute to developing, reviewing, and managing quality documentation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting internal and supplier/subcontractor audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits to verify adherence to quality standards;
- Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and work instructions;
- Manage non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions;
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing quality performance data and recommending improvements.
For success in this role, you must possess:
- Lead Auditor certification or relevant experience;
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance principles;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
